Huawei Y9: Best Smartphone For January 2019 ?

Huawei is all set to release its first smartphone for 2019 for the Indian Mobile Market.

Huawei Y9 offers a 6.5 inch IPS LCD display with 1080p resolution and the trending notch display. For the processor, Huawei went for its custom made Hisilicon Kirin 710 processor and Mali-G51 MP4 was chosen as its GPU. Rear camera setup has two (16+2 MP) cameras and front camera offers yet again two cameras (13+2 MP). Both support portrait mode for advanced photography. Despite this setup, Y9 does not support 4K recording and has dissapointed the crowd as 4K videos have now become quite mainstream. Y9 supports dual Nano SIM cards (dual stand-by) and support for micro-SD card but dedicated slot is not yet confirmed. As for the software, Y9 will be running on Android 8.1 Oreo with Emotion UI, Huawei's custom User Interface. Y9 will be launched exclusively on Amazon and is expected to have a price tag around Rs. 15000 for the base variant and 17000 for the upper variant. Huawei has claimed a considerable market share in 2018 and this device may give them a decent start for 2019.
